Elias Rabinovitch is our principal counsel and founder. He is a tenacious lawyer practicing across the GTA and Toronto.
Elias graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021, where he mooted, won prizes, and excelled academically.
Elias does not delegate files to associates. When you hire him as a lawyer, he works on your file personally. Being charged with a crime, facing an employment dispute at work, litigating against someone who owes you money, or filing a human rights claim, can all be overwhelming burdens, and Elias empathizes with that emotional weight in a profound way. He tries to make himself available for questions 24/7 for this very reason. He is committed to guiding you throughout the legal process with clarity even if it means sacrificing his personal time to help you.
Elias’ practice often operates in association with lawyers Kevin W. Gray and Ben Fulton, ensuring clients receive high-quality representation tailored to their circumstances.
Outside the courtroom, Elias teaches English as a Second Language, volunteers at Rexdale Community Health Centre, tutoring and mentoring youth, as well as the Handcuff Status Foundation, coaching youth basketball and providing volunteer support. Additionally, Elias is a committee member of the Criminal Lawyers Association and the Jewish Lawyers of Canada, and general member of the Toronto Lawyers’ Association, the Advocates Society and the Law Society of Ontario.
He enjoys playing guitar, cooking, travelling, and dogs.
